Shop Express Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Purchasing Staff to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our inventory is well-stocked and our operations run smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement of goods and materials to meet the needs of the store.,Maintain and update the inventory system to ensure accurate stock levels.,Communicate with suppliers to negotiate prices and terms of purchase.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Assist in the preparation of purchase orders and invoices.,Ensure compliance with all purchasing policies and procedures.,Conduct regular stock checks to identify discrepancies.,Assist in the organization of supplier meetings and negotiations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a purchasing or inventory role.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field is a plus.,Willingness to travel to supplier locations as needed.
