📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing daily operations and ensuring project timelines are met.,Coordinate with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the Captain.,Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and productivity.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle administrative tasks and support the Captain in decision-making processes.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any issues.,Provide feedback and guidance to team members to help them develop their skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.,Experience in project management or operations is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
