📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Conduct job analysis and create job descriptions and specifications.,Source and screen candidates for various positions within the company.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.,Maintain a strong network with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in managing the recruitment process and ensuring timely hiring.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
