📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge,Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary,Maintain and update training materials and records,Assist in the development and implementation of the organization's training and development strategy,Provide guidance and support to staff members throughout the training process,Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in using training management software,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations
