Glow Sun Berjaya is looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team in Subang, Jawa Barat. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company and to work closely with our customers to promote and sell our products.

As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for visiting customers, presenting our products, and negotiating sales. You will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding our customer base in your assigned area.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Visit customers and promote our products.
• Negotiate sales and close deals.
• Maintain and expand our customer base in your assigned area.
• Report sales performance and customer feedback to the sales manager.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Good knowledge of the local market and industry.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
