CV Nagari Putra is seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and safe operation of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are well-maintained and that our drivers are properly trained and supervised. This is a crucial position that requires a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring of vehicles.,Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and that maintenance schedules are followed.,Train and supervise drivers, ensuring that they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance, identifying areas for improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that fleet needs are met and that vehicles are available when needed.,Maintain accurate records of fleet operations, including vehicle usage, maintenance, and driver performance.,Investigate and resolve any issues or accidents involving fleet vehicles.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the transportation industry.
