📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage inventory levels using SAP and Excel to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of merchandise.
• Assist in the planning and execution of promotions and sales events.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the merchandising team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to merchandise handling.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to support overall business goals.
• Maintain accurate records of all merchandise transactions and inventory movements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a merchandising or inventory management role.
• Proficient in using SAP and Microsoft Excel for inventory management and data analysis.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
• Knowledge of retail operations and consumer behavior is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
