📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks.,Provide training and education to employees on safety protocols and best practices.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and make recommendations for improvements.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all safety equipment and personal protective gear (PPE) are properly maintained and available.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to integrate safety considerations into project planning and execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in safety management, preferably in the construction industry.,Certification as a Safety Professional (e.g., CSP, OHSAS 18001, or equivalent) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations related to occupational safety and health.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in English and Indonesian languages.
