📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments.,Ensure compliance with US GAAP and RAMP standards, and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.,Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including aging reports, payment summaries, and variance analysis.,Stay up-to-date with accounting standards, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.,Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.,Collaborate with the finance team to identify and implement process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a US GAAP and RAMP environment.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, US GAAP, and RAMP standards.,Proficient in accounting software and financial systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.,Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
