As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our premium food and beverage retail stores. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales.,Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and support to ensure they are motivated and productive.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded and managed.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and other stakeholders.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that the store is well-presented and that all products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and customer service.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food handling practices.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
