PT Harapan Nusantara is seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team in Medan. As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.,Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.,Develop user manuals, API documentation, and other technical resources.,Review and edit technical content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational resources.,Support the marketing team in creating product brochures and other promotional materials.,Contribute to the improvement of documentation processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, etc.).,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
