📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar role.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.,Understanding of IT security principles and best practices.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

🛠️ Keahlian

Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Bash.Familiarity with common IT tools and softwaresuch as Active DirectoryMicrosoft Officeand antivirus solutions.Experience with virtualization technologies is a plus.Knowledge of cloud services and platforms is a plus.Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
