📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages to guests.,Maintain a well-stocked bar with all necessary ingredients and supplies.,Interact with guests to understand their preferences and recommend suitable drinks.,Ensure the bar area is clean and organized at all times.,Assist in inventory management and ordering new supplies as needed.,Stay updated with the latest trends in mixology and beverage preparation.,Work efficiently during peak hours and busy service periods.,Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the bar area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bartender in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation techniques.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and bar software.,Ability to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques quickly.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in mixology or bar tending are a plus.
