📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly shopping environment.
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
  • Manage the checkout line and ensure a smooth flow of customers.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and returns.
  • Follow company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Cashier or in a customer service role is a plus.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and transaction processing.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
  • Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed.
