📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing work areas.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Prepare and cook food for service, ensuring quality and consistency.,Assist in food cost control and inventory management.,Follow health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and standards.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene.
