📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Barista in preparing and brewing high-quality coffee and beverages.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Stock and manage coffee supplies and ingredients.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and ensuring their satisfaction.,Assist in training and developing junior baristas.,Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe working environment.,Participate in inventory management and reporting.,Assist in special events and promotions to enhance customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista or similar role in the coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.,Excellent communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both spoken and written.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
