📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement exploration programs using advanced geophysical and geochemical techniques.
- Conduct fieldwork and data analysis to identify potential mineral deposits.
- Collaborate with geologists, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment with company goals.
- Utilize GIS and remote sensing tools to map and analyze exploration data.
- Prepare and present exploration reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage exploration budgets and timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in mineral exploration.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in mineral exploration, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successful exploration projects.
- Proficiency in GIS software, including ArcGIS and QGIS.
- Experience with remote sensing and geophysical survey techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and best practices.
