📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees,Maintain and update employee records and files,Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes,Administer and manage employee benefits programs,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees,Handle employee relations issues and conflicts,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist role,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian,Familiarity with HR information systems and software,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Detail-oriented and organized
