📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee benefits administration, such as leave management, payroll processing, and insurance benefits.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and address any employee grievances or disputes.,Collaborate with managers to understand workforce needs and provide solutions to improve employee satisfaction and productivity.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
