📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening potential candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.,Maintain a database of potential candidates for future hiring needs.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Support the HR team in maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,0-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
