📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.
• Support the HR team in managing job postings and applicant tracking systems.
• Conduct initial interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of recruitment strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
