PULSE Mandiri is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HR Manager to join our team in Purwakarta, Jawa Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of Indonesian labor laws.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Lead and mentor HR team members.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handle employee grievances and disputes.,Facilitate training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of successful HR initiatives.
