📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the design and development of training programs and materials.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
• Support the execution of training sessions and workshops.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify training needs and gaps.
• Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training programs.
• Maintain and update training records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Basic knowledge of training and development methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
