📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents related to property transactions.,Provide legal advice and support to the management team on legal matters.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to property management.,Handle legal disputes and negotiations with clients and third parties.,Conduct thorough research and analysis on legal issues affecting the company.,Maintain and update the company's legal records and documentation.,Stay updated with changes in property laws and regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal or property-related role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.,Familiarity with legal software and tools is a plus.
