📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring that all items are properly stocked and accounted for.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of medical equipment and supplies, ensuring that all items are properly handled and transported.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the storage areas.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of medical supply deliveries to various departments within the hospital.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements related to the handling and storage of medical supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, staff, and visitors by promptly addressing any issues related to medical supplies.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the logistics operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
