CV Rahayu Cempaka is seeking a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.

This is a full-time position based in Bantul, DI Yogyakarta, with a competitive salary of Rp 7.000.000 – Rp 13.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and search engine marketing.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Create and manage marketing content, including websites, blogs, and social media posts.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance to ensure we meet our goals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth.
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a digital marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and SEO.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for marketing.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
