📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions, treatments, and care instructions.,Monitor and report any changes in patient conditions to the healthcare team.,Ensure patient safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized environment.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field.,Valid nursing license and certification from the Indonesian Nursing Board.,Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered Nurse in a healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Proficiency in English for remote communication and documentation.,Experience with electronic health record systems is a plus.
