EMBER Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our remote store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee store operations to ensure smooth daily activities.,Manage a team of store staff, providing training and development opportunities.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Drive sales performance through promotional activities and customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Prepare and submit regular reports on store performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management.,Proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.,Valid SIM and vehicle for remote store visits.
