📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with product inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.,Ensure a positive shopping experience by recommending products and offering personalized service.,Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash and card payments.,Maintain a clean and organized workstation, and ensure the store is stocked and presented in an appealing manner.,Assist with inventory management, including stock-taking and ordering new products.,Promote Watsons products and services to customers, both in-store and online.,Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards resolving them to the customer's satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with Watsons products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or retail environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for customer service.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
