📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Design and implement visually appealing retail displays that enhance product presentation and drive sales.

Collaborate with the design and retail teams to develop and execute seasonal and promotional displays.

Ensure that all displays adhere to brand guidelines and company standards.

Monitor and analyze sales performance of assigned displays to identify areas for improvement.

Train and mentor junior merchandisers to ensure consistent brand presentation.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in retail display and merchandising.

Participate in store events and promotions to create a unique and engaging shopping experience.

Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that displays align with brand campaigns and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury retail.

Proven track record of creating successful retail displays and driving sales.

Strong understanding of color theory, layout, and spatial design principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

Experience with POS systems and retail management software is a plus.
