📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections and tests on products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Identifying and documenting quality issues and defects.,Collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of defects.,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records.,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.,Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Providing training and guidance to production staff on quality standards and procedures.,Conducting root cause analysis on quality issues to identify underlying problems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Control or related roles.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment.
