Pro Moon Berjaya is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Teller to join our team in Ubud, Bali. As a Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service and support. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with banking transactions and inquiries.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts and transactions.,Handle cash deposits and withdrawals, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures.,Assist customers with account opening, closing, and maintenance processes.,Monitor and report any suspicious activities or transactions to the appropriate authorities.,Perform cash handling duties, including counting and reconciling cash deposits and withdrawals.,Provide information and advice to customers regarding banking products and services.,Ensure compliance with all banking regulations and internal policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as a Teller or similar role in a banking or financial institution is preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic knowledge of banking products and services.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and security measures.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work in a team and independently.
