📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to clients and maintain a positive and professional demeanor.,Handle financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately and efficiently.,Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about banking products and services.,Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the teller area.,Report any suspicious activities or transactions to the appropriate authorities.,Work as part of a team to achieve daily and monthly targets.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.,Familiarity with basic banking transactions and financial products.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in using computer systems and basic office software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language is a must.,Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
