📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and implement quality control processes in the precast manufacturing facility.
• Conduct regular inspections and testing of precast concrete products to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including test reports, inspection records, and quality control plans.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Conduct training and awareness programs for employees on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the quality control process.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in the manufacturing facility.
• Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain high-quality standards in the supply chain.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a similar role in the manufacturing or construction industry.
• Certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations, including ASTM, ACI, and local building codes.
• Proficiency in using quality control software such as QA/QC Pro, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the precast concrete manufacturing process is a plus.
