📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Craft and serve signature cocktails, mocktails, and refreshing beverages to guests at the beachfront bar.
• Ensure a high standard of service and hospitality to all guests.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar and serving area.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of bar supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with regular guests.
• Stay updated on the latest cocktail trends and techniques to continuously improve the menu.
• Participate in team meetings and follow all health and safety protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a bartender or in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including crafting cocktails.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
