As a Director of Financial Crime Assurance (AML), you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in the financial crime assurance function. You will be responsible for ensuring that our financial crime assurance processes are robust, efficient, and aligned with international standards and regulations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate financial crime risks, and you will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement in our financial crime assurance framework.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the financial crime assurance team, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the effective implementation of financial crime assurance processes.
Develop and maintain a robust financial crime assurance framework that is aligned with international standards and regulations, including but not limited to AML, CFT, and OFAC.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate financial crime risks, and ensure that our financial crime assurance processes are effective and efficient.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including compliance, risk management, and operations, to ensure that financial crime risks are identified and mitigated in a timely and effective manner.
Monitor and report on the performance of the financial crime assurance function, and provide regular updates to senior management on the status of financial crime risks and the effectiveness of our financial crime assurance processes.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in financial crime and regulatory requirements, and ensure that our financial crime assurance framework is adapted to meet the evolving needs of the business and the regulatory environment.
Provide training and guidance to the financial crime assurance team on the latest developments in financial crime and regulatory requirements, and ensure that the team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to effectively identify and mitigate financial crime risks.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, including regulators, law enforcement agencies, and industry associations, to ensure that our financial crime assurance processes are effective and aligned with international standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial crime assurance, with a strong background in AML, CFT, and OFAC regulations.
Proven track record of leading and managing a team of professionals in the financial crime assurance function.
Strong understanding of international standards and regulations, including but not limited to AML, CFT, and OFAC.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial crime risks in a timely and effective manner.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Proven ability to develop and maintain a robust financial crime assurance framework that is aligned with international standards and regulations.
Strong understanding of the banking industry, with a deep knowledge of the business and regulatory environment.
Degree in finance, accounting, law, or a related field.
