📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage electrical infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, and electrical design software for project planning and documentation.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of work.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality electrical installations.
• Ensure all projects are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress and issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical infrastructure projects.
• Certification in electrical safety and compliance (e.g., NECA, OSHA).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and electrical design software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
