In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding our merchant network across Jawa Tengah by canvassing and acquiring new merchant partners. As a Field Sales Representative, you will visit various locations, interact with potential merchants, and present our services to secure new partnerships. You will work closely with our sales team to meet and exceed targets, ensuring our merchant network continues to grow.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Canvassing and prospecting potential merchant partners in Surakarta and surrounding areas.
• Presenting our services and products to potential merchants to secure new partnerships.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing merchant partners.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Submitting regular reports on sales activities and merchant visits.
• Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Providing excellent customer service to merchants and addressing their needs.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the merchant acquisition sector.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
• Familiarity with using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
