📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair automotive issues using advanced diagnostic tools and software.
• Provide expert advice on vehicle maintenance and repairs to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Upsell and recommend additional services to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and vehicle repairs.
• Stay updated with the latest automotive trends and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and service standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal teams.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role.
• Proven experience with diagnostic tools such as Autocheck, CarPro, and AutoVision.
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Certification in Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) or equivalent preferred.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
