• Develop and implement HR strategies that support Leighton Asia's business objectives.
• Conduct employee engagement surveys and performance reviews to gather insights and drive improvements.
• Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, using tools like SAP SuccessFactors and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Facilitate workplace culture initiatives, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievance resolution.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team.
• Report on HR metrics and KPIs to senior management, providing data-driven recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in strategic talent management and employee relations.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HR strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Familiarity with HR software, including SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
