📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in client acquisition and relationship management, leveraging Salesforce and HubSpot to track and analyze sales data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business development strategies.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
• Prepare and present sales reports and business development insights to senior management.

• Participate in the MTP's structured training and mentorship programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
