📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production plans to meet customer demand and company goals.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely production and delivery.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage inventory systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Collaborate with suppliers to maintain a steady supply of materials.,Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.,Provide regular reports on production and inventory status to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production planning and inventory control.,Proficient in using ERP or inventory management software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with the garment industry is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
